Jellycat have an exciting opportunity for a new Regional Sales Manager for South East England.
The Regional Sales Manager (South East England - West & East Sussex and Kent) is responsible for building strong loyalty and brand partnerships within the area and ensuring we have the right luxury stockists for the existing Jellycat portfolio. The chosen candidate will work closely alongside the UK Head of Sales to ensure we are working with aligned accounts that uphold our brand values and are ambassadors for Jellycat. This role is a regional position but there will be an expectation for occasional office attendance (White City, London) for management/customer meetings and training/company days.
The role and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
- Driving sustainable long term growth and brand awareness throughout the region
- Visiting all accounts on a regular basis to build and strengthen relationships
- Ensuring only authorised promotional material is used instore and is in line with brand values
- Mentor, motivate and guide independent accounts to achieve the best in visual display, product selection and drive sales
- Seek new business/brand opportunities
- Taking orders and monitoring your accounts credit status to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner and general administration for your territory
- Launching, presenting and selling all new collections annually
Required knowledge and skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a regional/area/country sales manager or equivalent
- Extensive experience managing a large number of independent accounts over a broad geographical area
- Experience working and delivering budgets/sale targets in line with the companies strategy
- Strong and clear communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A strong customer focused mindset
- SAP/PixSell experience (desirable)
- Tradeshow experience (desirable)
