Customer Service Advisor
Jellycat has an exciting new opportunity for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our North America team!

Jellycat is a designer of luxury soft toys and children’s gifts, originated in London and sold throughout the world. Our Minneapolis, MN website customer service team primarily serves our customers in the United States and Canada. As part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, essential to ensuring happy and returning customers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
- Answering inquiries via CRM software(s) – ensuring any information in relation to orders is handled quickly and with care, answering product inquires, managing complaints and concerns appropriately.
- Answering phone calls – providing order information, placing orders and taking payments, assisting with any website and product inquiries.
- Tracking orders and communicating with carriers.
- Processing returns – providing shipping labels, checking in returns, issuing refunds.
- Using various software and systems to record customer interaction and solutions.
- Communicating with team and management to identify and discuss any potential improvements, consistent issues and concerns, trends, etc.
- Assist with general customer service tasks.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous B2C (business to consumer) customer service experience required.
- Previous e-commerce customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Solution-based problem solving skills.
- Professional, friendly, and empathetic communication skills – written and verbal.
- Detail oriented.
- Adaptable with a positive attitude.
- Proactive work ethic.
- Basic computer skills, experience with CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
