Jellycat have an exciting new opportunity for a Global Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and play a key role in growing our wonderful brand!

Working closely with the wider brand, marketing and creative teams, this role will be responsible for creating and producing all marketing materials and sales toolkits across all markets in line with our Jellycat brand guidelines.  This role will also manage the companys' PR activity and brand communications.  

Roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Create and implement sales toolkits for new product collections and capsules, working closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure that all activities are aligned with the brand’s vision and values.

• Coordinate the production of all marketing materials, including catalogues, sales decks and other promotional items, ensuring that all marketing materials are aligned with our brand guidelines and consistent across all business channels.

• Developing brand presentations for new Jellycat customers, partners, and distributors.

• Manage and maintain close relationships with Jellycat brand partners.

• Work with the sales team to ensure that all marketing materials are tailored to their specific needs and are aligned with their sales objectives.

• Sharing sales and marketing best practice among our key channels and geographies.

• Write and distribute press releases and other PR materials, building relationships with key press contacts to secure coverage and increased brand awareness.

• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform the development of marketing plans and campaigns, using insights to optimise future activities.

• Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align objectives and campaign planning to ensure all activities are aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, using insights to optimise future activities and achieve business objectives.

• Work with the CEO on marketing budget management, ensuring that all activities are delivered within budget and are aligned with the company's financial objectives.

About you:

• Proven experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects within budget and on time.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in writing press releases and other marketing materials as well as experience conducting presentations in public.
  • Experience in coordinating the production of marketing materials, including catalogues and other promotional items.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office, particularly the use of PowerPoint.
  • Analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • A passion for brands and the ability to inspire others to share that passion.
