Jellycat have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Product Data Manager to join our growing Global Product team!

Jellycat is a privately owned design-led gift company creating innovative & luxurious soft toys and accessories for all ages. We are a fast-growing international and multi-channel business that has become well-loved around the world, sold online through various global channels, independent and high street stockists throughout the UK, US, Europe and Asia, as well as partnering with key international distributors. Reporting into the Global Product Director, the role of the Product Data Manager will be key to both unlocking the efficient use of product data and ensuring that exceptional levels of product data are met in order to support Jellycat's ambitious plans for multi-channel and international growth.

The successful candidate will have a passion for product, the consumer experience with our product at all touchpoints, and will relish the opportunity to grow within the business.

Roles and responsibilities: 

• Manage the development and scalability of a newly implemented PIM software; act as a super user and the lead for all internal PIM users.
• Onboard, train, and support PIM users as needed.
• Be business lead on strategic requirements; review, analyse and execute project requirements with key stakeholders.
• Work together with a hands on attitude with IT team/ developers on issues and problems.
• Consistently review the data quality in the PIM; develop additional fields or ways of working to capture business requirements, always putting the consumer first and foremost.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of product data for New Product Launches.
  Work across business functions to ensure data is captured and is consistent across channels and territories.
• Collaborate with all sales channels, cross functionally to develop rich content.
• Work closely with the Merchandising team to ensure stock position, Brand Hierarchy and taxonomies all align.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Extremely organised and logical with excellent attention to detail
• Experience of PIM software at a super user level; Akeneo desirable
• Project and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with a hands on, can do attitude
• The ability to work under pressure and highly tenacious to get results
• Solutions focused problem-solver
• Exceptional standards for data quality
• Commercially aware of multi channel selling with international eCommerce experience
• Experience of digitalisation within a business
• Collaborative team player.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; translating tech subject matter to the wider business.
