Creating original and innovative luxury soft toys, Jellycat combines luxurious fabrics with quirky and cute designs and sells its products online and via stockists throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

This is an exciting role for someone to experience working within a small in-house business system (ERP, eCommerce, CRM and BI) and be the lead support to drive continual improvement in JellyCat’s global operations! You will do this by specifying, developing and testing key improvements to processes, integrations and ERP functionality with a new D365 F&O project.

The D365 Developer will supervise, coach and support more junior staff and external suppliers, whilst managing the diagnosis and resolution of support issues in the ERP environment and in-house bespoke systems.

You'll be;

• Able to develop, test, and deploy customisations, integrations, and new functionality within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment.
• Able to deliver innovative and secure IT solutions at an enterprise level.
• Carrying out developments to agreed success criteria's aligned with the business needs.
• Able to embrace and work within the method of delivering AGILE backlog items within two-week sprints to demonstrate a little and often approach to delivering change.

• Able to influence the JellyCat strategy on creating seamless digitally connected information systems, removing barriers to effective, timely decision making and customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Providing technical support and guidance on Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Understanding of the finance and operations business processes.

You'll have;

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Expertise – Skills in developing, customising, and optimising Finance & Operations (F&O) modules to meet business requirements.
• X++ Development – Extensive experience in coding, debugging, and enhancing functionality using X++, including extensions, customisations, and performance optimisation.
• Azure Integration Services – Proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 F&O with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Data Management – Expertise in data entities, OData etc. for reporting and analytics, ensuring efficient data exchange and insights.
• Lifecycle Services (LCS) & DevOps – Experience in version control, deployment automation and environment management using Azure DevOps and LCS.
• Solution Design & Performance Optimisation – Strong problem-solving skills in designing scalable solutions, troubleshooting performance issues, and ensuring system efficiency.
