To work within an in-house business systems (ERP, eCommerce, CRM and BI) development and support team to drive continual improvement in Jellycat’s global operations by specifying, developing, and testing key improvements to processes, integrations and systems, with a prime focus on driving our e-Commerce business. To embrace and work within the method of delivering AGILE backlog items within two-week sprints to demonstrate a little and often approach to delivering change To influence the Jellycat strategy on creating seamless digitally connected information systems, removing barriers to effective, timely decision making and customer satisfaction

You'll be:

• Ensuring seamless integration of SAP Business One with other applications
• Using Service Layer, B1IF and API (or SFTP) for integration and data exchange
• Overseeing and coordinate the full life cycle of SAP Business One on Azure Virtual Machines
• Managing system performance and security
• Scoping, Blueprinting, Implementing
• Training and supporting
• Working with internal customers and providing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Documenting and upgrading systems

You'll have:

• 5+ years' experience in SAP Business One implementation
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Boyum B1UP & Print & Delivery
• Full life cycle implementation experience
• Experience with Crystal, SSRS & other reporting tools
• Some experience in Python would be desirable.
• Previous experience with Jira/Confluence would be desirable
