Creating original and innovative luxury soft toys, Jellycat combines luxurious fabrics with quirky and cute designs and sells its products online and via stockists throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a detail-orientated and proactive Talent Coordinator to join our growing People Team.
The Talent Coordinator will support the general operations and coordination of the internal Talent Acquisition function. This role will be pivotal in managing all administrative aspects the Jellycat the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a passion for talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be;
- Owning all administrative duties within the end-to-end recruitment process; role brief note taking, job advertisements, liaising with candidates, and scheduling interviews and internal meetings alike.
- Maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensuring candidate information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Working on the overall diary management of the talent team, cross referencing with internal stakeholders and external candidates/partners to arrange any interviews and meetings.
- Maintaining communication with candidates, keeping them updated of their application status.
- Managing the Jellycat recruitment inbox.
- Uploading new ATR (authority to recruit) requests to our vacancy tracking system and coordinate briefing meetings.
- Preparing and sending offer letters and collaborating with the People Coordinator on the onboarding process for new hires.
- Managing and approving any external partner invoices and sharing with the finance department for payment.
You'll have;
- Experience in creating and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and improve processes.
- The ability to support the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
- The ability to foster a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.
- Experience in HR/Talent Acquisition, or general office administration within a fast-paced organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience working with ATS or HR systems.
- Experience of data analysis and reporting.
