We create innovative luxurious products in the soft toy, accessory, baby and book categories that are loved around the world. As we continue to grow throughout North America, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand.
As the Office Manager & Assistant to North American Leadership Team, you will support, as needed, onsite and will need to be flexible in your approach to the day to day needs of the North American Leadership Team & general management of the office.
You'll be:
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supply management, and vendor relations.
- Assist with the planning, execution, and management of special projects.
- Support the NA team in meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
- Help with the creation and management of PowerPoint presentations
- Arrange all internal and external meetings for the NA team.
- Creating, managing, and facilitating the Health & Safety training program for the Minneapolis office
- Book flights, rail, cars, hotel accommodations, and reservations.
- Liaise with partners and schedule meetings in advance.
- Work closely with relevant departments, including overseas offices, to ensure smooth leadership operations.
- Build strong working relationships across the company for effective cross-functional communication.
- Field incoming department calls and manage inquiries from internal and external parties.
- General office management and day-to-day support duties.
- Maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and orders are placed as needed.
- Plan and coordinate team-building activities, employee appreciation events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Act as a central point for internal communications, ensuring team alignment and effective collaboration.
- Monitor and report on office expenses, supply inventory, and administrative budgets.
You'll have:
- 6+ years of experience as an office manager with a track record of success in maintaining efficient operations.
- Experience managing office budgets, overseeing expense reporting, and negotiating vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective operations.
- PowerPoint proficiency.
- The ability to stay resilient and composed under pressure.
- A flexible and agile approach to changing priorities.
- A proactive mindset, with a forward-thinking, positive, and fun personality.
