Jellycat is a privately owned design-led, gift brand headquartered in London. We create innovative luxurious products in the soft toy, accessory, baby and book categories that are loved around the world. As we continue to grow throughout North America, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand.
The Key Account Administrator role will be a multi-faceted role within the Sales Department in North America. This position will assist in developing strong relationships and provide uncompromised service to our Key Account partners. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and positive demeanor, eager to learn and willing to meet the needs of our clients.
You’ll be:
- Working with Key Account Managers to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of clients.
- Maintaining a portfolio of Key Accounts – ensuring data integrity, timely communication, accurate and detailed relay of key information.
- Resolving client issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Managing communication between key clients and cross-departmental internal teams.
- Developing a deep understanding of specific key account needs and anticipate changes or improvements.
- Assisting with planning to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure client deliverables are met on time.
- Analyzing client data to provide actionable feedback.
- Creating selling tools as needed.
- Collaborating with Finance to monitor credit limits and payment schedules.
- Monitoring sales orders, account details, and inventory through Jellycat systems.
- Ensuring on time and complete shipments to key clients.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
You’ll have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a key account customer-facing role, preferably in key account management or customer service
- Previous experience with B2B customer service or sales administration.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Experience in product knowledge retention and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to listen, present, and engage with clients.
- Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and act on sales data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or within teams.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and able to learn new systems quickly.
