Brand and Activation Coordinator
Jellycat is a privately owned design-led, gift brand headquartered in London. We create innovative luxurious products in the soft toy, accessory, baby and book categories that are loved around the world. As we continue to grow throughout North America, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand. We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Brand & Activation Coordinator to support the US team in executing key brand initiatives. This newly created role reports to the Brand and Activation Manager and plays a multifaceted role, supporting brand projects through cross-functional collaboration and strong project management.
You'll be:
- Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints that support the strategic goals of the business.
- Supporting the planning, development, and execution of integrated brand projects including activations, pop-ups, SIS’s, and in-store merchandising such as retail fixtures, POS, and displays.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams, external partners, suppliers, and retailers to ensure timely delivery of projects that reflect brand standards.
- Supporting with creating effective project management systems, including overseeing briefs and kick offs, tracking timelines/deliverables, and coordinating logistics.
- Maintaining organizational tools like the brand calendar, trackers, competitive reporting, and shared drive.
- Owning key day-to-day functions including vendor set ups, coordinating shipments, processing quotes and invoices, reviewing samples, and conducting regular store visits.
You'll have:
- 2+ years of experience working at a brand or agency, preferably in luxury products.
- Strong project management skills with a sharp eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A solution-oriented mindset to adapt quickly and implement innovative ideas effectively.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A great sense of initiative and autonomy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Monday.com, SAP, and/or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- An ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed for project installations or to provide secondary on-site support.

Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry boxes weighing 25 lbs or more, as needed for support.
