As we continue to grow throughout North America, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand.
This role is hands-on, but with a strategic view. It will focus on mentoring talent, delivering projects on time and within budget, and aligning IT initiatives with commercial and business needs.
The IT Manager will serve as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across global and matrixed teams.
You'll be:
- Leading and managing local IT operations infrastructure and support across North America, ensuring business continuity and system performance.
- Ensuring NA Users are onboarded and set-up in an efficient manner regardless of location (ie on-site and remote).
- Overseeing IT service delivery, incident resolution, problem management, and service improvements.
- Responsible for NA elements of Enterprise Architecture (Hardware, Software and systems).
- Delivering IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Mentoring and coaching junior IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business and commercial priorities.
- Representing IT in customer-facing scenarios, including partner integrations, service escalations, and solution presentations.
- Ensuring North America IT priorities are integrated into global project delivery plans and local change management processes.
- Managing local IT security, compliance, and risk management in alignment with global policies.
- Implementing IT governance policies and ensure compliance with company-wide frameworks.
- Supporting ERP, CRM, and other business-critical systems, ensuring regional requirements are met.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for IT escalations and business alignment in North America.
- Managing local IT vendor relationships, procurement, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Collaborating within a global and matrixed environment to ensure seamless integration of regional IT efforts.
You'll have:
- 5+ years of IT leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior IT management role.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing junior talent.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience managing global or matrixed teams and resources.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex IT initiatives on time and within budget.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and IT compliance.
- Experience supporting eCommerce and wholesale operations in a fast-paced environment. Retail experience is a distinct advantage
- Excellent, proactive communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Experience with IT vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.
