The FP&A Analyst will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for our North American business. This role partners closely with global finance teams to deliver accurate P&Ls, insightful analysis, and data-driven reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights that drive business decisions.
You'll be:
- Responsible for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Tasks include: planning and delivering the budget timeline/scope, coordinating with the Group FP&A team for submissions, production of business unit P&Ls, implementing rolling forecasts, assisting with presentations & production packs.
- Building and setting up forecasting models where needed.
- Supporting FP&A Manager with preparation of monthly financial reports and the compilation of detailed analysis packs where required. The process involves liaising and coordinating with the business units across the Company.
- Working closely with Financial Control team, Group FP&A team and Group Commercial team to support month end reporting, analysis vs budgets/forecasts and commercial business cases.
- Advancing the quality of internal business reporting including digitalization of reporting via tools such as Power BI by working closely with the Global FP&A and Global BI team.
- Creating Monthly/Quarterly reporting including KPI reports and Projects & Risk.
- Providing commercial & operational analysis and ad hoc business support.
You'll have:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflow.
- Best-in-class customer service skills are required.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Full working knowledge of the P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products; intermediate excel skills required.
- Experience with SAP and Dynamics 365 operating systems a plus.
