Project Manager - Activations
Jellycat is a privately owned design-led, gift brand headquartered in London. We create innovative luxurious products in the soft toy, accessory, baby and book categories that are loved around the world. We have an established and growing global customer base and we work with our partners to maximize the potential and reach of Jellycat throughout, sharing joy as we go!
As we continue to grow throughout North America, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand.
The Project Manager – Activations will be highly motivated, collaborative, and hands-on, overseeing a range of activation projects from Point-of-Sale rollouts to shop-in-shop and pop-up installations. Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Anticipating potential risks and challenges early, implementing proactive measures to minimize impact and maintain delivery timelines.
- Navigating complex or unexpected project hurdles with composure and creative thinking, involving key team members in collaborative decision-making.
- Maintaining a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and in line with Jellycat’s brand standards.
Resource Management & Team Coordination
- Efficiently planning, allocating, and managing project resources—including budgets, timelines, and cross-functional team capacity—to meet project demands.
- Playing an active role in selecting, onboarding, and guiding team members to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Championing collaboration, motivation, and accountability, fostering a high-performing project culture that reflects Jellycat’s joyful and design-led ethos
