Social Media Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to play a key role in executing Jellycat’s global social media channels.
For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager and this position will report directly into our Global Head of Social Media in London. The Social Media Manager is responsible for the planning, scheduling and operational delivery of Jellycat’s global social media channels.
This role ensures that all social content is delivered on time, in the right places, and in line with Jellycat’s brand voice, seasonal priorities and marketing calendar. Partner with Product Marketing, PR and DTC teams to ensure social activity supports launches, campaigns and key moments.
Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and well-timed social presence.
Act as the central point of contact for social delivery across the business.
Performance, Reporting & Optimisation
Monitor performance across channels and report on engagement, reach and content effectiveness.
Use insights to inform future planning, briefing and scheduling decisions.
Stay up to date with platform changes, formats and best practice, flagging relevant opportunities to the wider team.
You'll have;
