This role is for a highly motivated and dynamic eCommerce Project Manager who possesses a strong inclination towards hands-on involvement and a profound commitment to collaboration.
Working closely with both our Global VP of eCommerce and wider global eCommerce team, the role requires a Commercially minded individual who can develop and manage comprehensive eCommerce and Digital Marketing projects. These projects will include platforms and integrations, UX, SEO and CRM as well as supporting with the overall Global eCommerce strategy.
This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, actively seeks out project responsibilities, and excels at bringing together diverse teams to achieve common goals. The ideal candidate will be someone who does not shy away from diving deep into project details and works closely with team members at all levels to drive project success.
You'll be:
Leading Projects from Strategy to Delivery
Leading eCommerce and Digital Marketing projects from conception to completion, partnering with the eCommerce Business Analyst to ensure requirements are clear, documented, and stakeholder‑approved.
Ensuring commercial projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget across global time zones.
Embracing hands‑on involvement in all project phases and actively engaging with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to maintain momentum.Fostering Collaborative Project Team Management
Cultivating a culture of collaboration within the project team.
Facilitating regular team meetings and workshops to support open communication, problem‑solving, and team alignment.
Acting as a mediator to resolve conflicts and promote a positive working environment.Engaging and Aligning Stakeholders
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Global eCommerce Director and all project stakeholders.
Ensuring stakeholder needs and expectations are clearly understood and addressed through continuous engagement and communication.Proactively Managing Risk & Enabling Problem‑Solving
Identifying potential project risks and issues early.
Leading collaborative problem‑solving and decision‑making processes with the right team members and stakeholders involved.Driving Continuous Improvement
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback loops.
Implementing project management best practices and leveraging team insights and industry trends to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Optimizing Resource Management
Securing and allocating project resources — including cross‑functional partners and budgets — to ensure appropriate skills and capacity.
Participating actively in the selection and onboarding of project team members.
You'll have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Alternatively clear demonstratable equivalent experience. PMP certification is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing project management, with a demonstrated history of successful project delivery. Experience of working with agile teams a distinct advantage.
Experience with Shopify
Experience with Amazon is desirable
Exceptional leadership skills with a strong focus on mentorship and team development.
Experience with Operations & 3PL integrations desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage cross-functionally effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors at all levels from CEO to operational team members.
Experience of resource management with a mix of in-house, 3rd party and contracted resources.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to tackling challenges.
Strong commercial awareness and able to demonstrate ability to control costs and ensure quality in project deliverables.
Proficiency in project management software and tools. Experience of Monday.com is an advantage.
