Digital Producer
An exciting opportunity to join our growing team!
For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.
We're looking for a Digital Producer to join our Creative Operations team and own the delivery of digital creative output across email, social media and website campaigns. You'll be the central point of coordination between our Copy and Design teams, ensuring briefs flow smoothly through production and assets are delivered on time and to the highest standard. This is a dynamic environment where you'll manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain visibility across team workloads, and continuously improve our workflow systems. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and Social Media to translate business needs into actionable creative briefs.
You'll be;
Project Delivery
Managing end‑to‑end delivery of digital creative projects including email campaigns, social media assets, website banners, UX design and marketing collateral.
Coordinating workflow between Copy and Design teams, ensuring smooth handovers and clear accountability at each stage.
Monitoring project timelines and flagging risks early, proactively problem‑solving to keep deliverables on track.
Managing the creative request queue, triaging incoming briefs and allocating work based on team capacity and priorities.
Managing project budgets, tracking spend and ensuring delivery within allocated resources.
Stakeholder Management
Acting as the primary point of contact for Digital Marketing, eCommerce and Social Media teams for all creative requests.
Challenging incomplete briefs and working with requesters to gather missing information before projects enter production.
Managing stakeholder expectations around timelines, providing regular status updates and escalating blockers as needed.
Facilitating approval workflows, ensuring stakeholder sign‑off is captured before assets move to the next stage.
Systems and Process
Owning and optimising UX workflow management for digital design projects, building dashboards and automations to improve visibility.
Maintaining capacity planning visibility, tracking team workloads and identifying resource constraints.
Developing and enforcing briefing standards, reducing the percentage of briefs returned for missing information.
Documenting and continuously improving processes, creating templates and guidelines that enable the team to scale.
Supporting website media and design development initiatives.
Contributing to data and strategy efforts to improve creative operations.
You'll have;
Essential Experience
3+ years experience in the creative or digital industry, with at least 1+ year in a Digital Project Management role.
A proven track record managing multiple concurrent digital creative projects (email, social, web).
Strong working knowledge of creative production workflows – from brief to final asset delivery.
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Wrike, Jira, Monday.com or similar platforms).
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate timelines and scope collaboratively.
Desirable Experience
Experience working with eCommerce or retail brands.
Experience working with Creative teams.
Understanding of email marketing platforms and social media publishing workflows.
Experience building workflow automations and dashboards for digital projects.
Personal Attributes
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
Proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed without being asked.
Process‑minded with a passion for continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in a fast‑growth environment where priorities can shift.
