Regional Sales Manager - China

Through cooperation with retail partners, China wholesales team continuously improves the brand image in retail stores and drive the offline business.
Regional sales manager is responsible for developing and maintaining local leading customers and seize the business growth opportunities. At the same time,this rols is anticipated to manage and improve the execution of existing customer stores in the responsible area.
You'll be;
Regional Business Development & Client Negotiation
· Identify, prospect, and secure new wholesale partners (specialty retailers, department stores, lifestyle boutiques, premium gift shops, etc.) in your assigned region.
· Lead contract negotiations, trading terms, and annual joint business planning with regional key accounts.
· Build and maintain C-level relationships with regional retail groups and independent buyers.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and retail pricing compliance to protect JELLYCAT’s premium brand equity.
Team Leadership
· Manage, coach, and develop a team of field/account executives covering sub-regions.
· Set clear KPIs (sell-in, store compliance, brand presentation standards) and conduct regular performance reviews.
· Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture aligned with JELLYCAT’s playful yet professional spirit.
Store Execution & Brand Standards
· Ensure flawless execution of JELLYCAT visual merchandising, product placement, and inventory hygiene across all wholesale doors in your region.
· Conduct regular store visits and audits; provide actionable feedback to retail partners and your team.
· Coordinate with HQ on planogram updates, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
· Train store staff (via your team or directly) on product storytelling and brand positioning to enhance sell-through.
Sales Planning & Analysis
· Deliver monthly/quarterly sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and regional performance reports.
· Collaborate with the central wholesale operations team to optimize order cycles, allocation, and logistics.
· Use sales data to identify growth opportunities and at-risk accounts.
You'll have;
Essential
Bachelor's degree.
Good command of oral and written English skills.
A minimum of 8+ years of sales experience with proven track record of increased sales/revenue, sales and/or marketing experience.
has the ability to easily communicate technical and commercial information to a wide range of customers
Luxury or Top Brand experience is preferred
