We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive to join our CRM team. As a CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team to deliver CRM campaigns across our global markets. Leveraging the power of of our CRM platform, you will plan, develop and execute multi-channel communications, ensuring personalised and impactful experiences for our fan that drive commercial results. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional to significantly enhance their expertise in CRM within a dynamic DTC eCommerce setting.
You'll be;
Supporting the development and execution of our multi-channel communications calendar, overseeing the entire communication process, from briefing creative teams to final execution and deployment of campaigns.
Building and managing CRM campaigns across email and SMS.
Providing clear briefs to copywriters, designers, and internal teams, ensuring the development of effective, customer-focused campaigns and communications.
Collaborating closely with the trade teams to optimise customer journeys across channels, ensuring seamless fan experiences.
Creating and managing audience segments based on customer behaviour, frequency, spend, and engagement.
Leading the campaign QA and testing process, ensuring all logic, segmentation, and dynamic elements flow seamlessly before deployment.
Supporting the Global CRM Manager by suggesting new A/B tests and creative approaches, maintaining an agile mindset to adjust strategies based on shifting customer behaviour or business priorities.
Working on cross-functional collaboration to ensure all fan experiences meet wider business goals and regulatory standards.
Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on key metrics to highlight clear opportunities for optimisation and seasonal content updates.
Getting hands-on with segmentation and dynamic content to deliver highly relevant, tailored messaging at scale.
You'll have;
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in CRM at a DTC business.
Experience of planning, building and executing emails in CRM platforms.
Experience of building customer segments in a CRM / ESP platform.
Strong knowledge of CDMPs (Customer data and Marketing platforms) such as Bloomreach / Ometria / Klaviyo.
Experience in brief writing and with managing the creative process from brief to execution.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to thrives in a fast-paced / high-growth environment.
