Global GTM (Go-To-Market) Manager
An exciting new role for an experienced GTM Manager with strong global experience within luxury lifestyle consumer brands
For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.
We are looking for a Global Go-To-Market Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Global Head of Integrated Marketing. Based in our London (White City) office on a hybrid basis, you will own the end-to-end planning and coordination of global product launches, ensuring every campaign is delivered seamlessly, on time and across the right channels.
Working closely with Product Marketing, Creative, Communications, Digital Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing and regional teams, you will lead launch readiness, stakeholder alignment and campaign delivery to support successful global launches.

Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure launch activities are aligned, on track and delivered to schedule.
Driving the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Partnering with Creative, Communications, Digital Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing teams to ensure campaign assets are ready for launch.
Creating and distributing global launch toolkits and campaign playbooks to support regional execution.
Acting as the key link between global and regional marketing teams throughout the launch process.
Leading launch readiness reviews and tracking deliverables, dependencies and progress across teams.
Identifying risks, resolving blockers and coordinating mitigation plans to keep launches on track.
Establishing best-practice launch management processes, governance and ways of working.
Continuously improving planning frameworks and operational excellence across global marketing activities.
You'll have;
Experience in a go-to-market, project management, integrated marketing or commercial operations role.
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional launch programmes.
A strong understanding of marketing, retail or wholesale environments.
Experience working across international markets and with diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
A highly organised, proactive and collaborative approach to work.
