Sales Coordinator (France & Belgium)

This position will support the continued growth of the French team. The sales team is responsible for maintaining and expanding our business and serves as the face of our brand. The France & Belgium Sales Coordinator's mission is to support the team on a daily basis, assisting Sales Managers in growing their regions and maintaining relationships with our clients by ensuring that all orders are processed, order books are kept up to date and shared with the team.

You'll be;
- Building solid, positive relationships with our Independents customers & maximizing on revenue opportunities.
- Entering orders & managing back orders ensuring all are accurately input.
- Checking stock checking & allocation.
- Sending order confirmations & advising stock availability.
- Providing regular updates to the Sales Managers Teams and customers on their order & back-order status.
- Working closely alongside the internal teams to ensure orders are shipped accurately, punctually & according to customer requirements.
- Liaising with credit control on payments.
- Managing sample requests from customers, agents and Regional sales managers, checking availability across different warehouses.
- Supporting the Sales Managers Teams with any other administrative tasks as & when required.
- Ensuring customer information is updated and maintained on internal systems.
- Raising Credits & Proformas.
- Raising returns for the warehouse to receive orders back into the system.
- Supporting product launches where necessary & sharing relevant information to retailers.
You'll have;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
- French speaking is required with Dutch & Flemish languages an advantage.
- Experience in an administration role.
- Excellent IT skills Excel, Power Point, Microsoft. Power Bi & SAP literate but not compulsory as training will be provided.
- The ability to process orders & shipping - attention to detail is key.
- Time management experience, you will be managing your own workload & tasks.
- Experience in building & maintaining internal & external relationships.
- The ability to work in a high pressure fast-paced environment.
- The ability to be highly organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- A positive approach and will be a team player.
- Ownership skills and will be deadline focused.
