As we continue to grow the UK business, we are looking for a highly commercial and operation-minded Key Account Operations Coordinator to join our growing Operations team and manage a portfolio of house accounts.
The main focus of this role is supporting on the day-to-day communication & administration with both the 3PL, Clients and UK Sales team to ensure a smooth end-to-end process is maintained.
Our goal is to become the number one go-to leading soft toy brand for all ages globally. You will work incredibly closely and collaboratively with our Business Development Manager, Account Managers as we embark on growing Jellycat.

You'll be;
- Responsible for a portfolio of distributor/retailer accounts as the first point of contact for all general queries and determining who can internally resolve queries/find solutions.
- Keying orders onto our system accurately when receipted from distributors/account managers
- Ensuring system data integrity at all times (sku’s/qty/customer’s info/dates) for the accounts you are responsible for.
- Liaising with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
- The key business owner of all of retailer/distributor operational requirements
- Supporting the business development managers in the overall growth of the accounts and providing support wherever required to achieve annual budgets.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to help support the Business Development Manager, Sales team, and Operations.
- Maintaining high levels of communication that include weekly internal meetings, regular virtual meetings and range reviews with customers alongside the Business Development Manager and Sales Team.
- Helping to train/guide new team members when required.
- Liaising with credit control on payments.
- Checking and maintaining customer data.
- Providing clear and regular updates to the Account Managers.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, whilst also being good at taking direction.
- Managing back orders, ensuring they are consolidated & able to ship.
- Stock availability checking & allocation across warehouses & origins.
You'll have;
- Ideally 1-2 years of proven experience in an Account Executive/ Customer Service role.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, SAP.
- Good communication, building strong professional relationships and presenting skills.
- A personable and positive mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- The ability to remain mindful of the Jellycat ‘tone’ and communication style associated with our brand.
