Sales Coordinator - NY/NJ

This role will help support the ongoing growth as the North American team selling our products to our network of distributors & retailers, the Sales team is responsible for retaining & growing our business & being the face of our brand. The Sales Coordinator is a key role to support & maintain relationships with our wholesale customers & make sure all shipments are ready for collection.
You'll be:
- Building solid, positive relationships & maximizing revenue opportunities
- Entering orders & managing back-orders for North American Sales team, ensuring all are accurately input
- Checking stock availability & allocation across different warehouses & origins
- Sending order confirmations & advising stock availability
- Providing regular updates to customers on their order & back-order status
- Working closely alongside the internal teams to ensure orders are shipped accurately, punctually & according to customer requirements
- Liaising with credit control on payments
- Managing sample requests from customers, agents and Regional Sales Managers,
checking availability across different warehouses - Supporting the Sales team with any other administrative tasks as & when required
- Answering incoming sales calls & responding to all communication
- Ensuring customer information is updated and maintained on internal systems
- Helping to train/guide new team members when required
- Raising Credits & Proformas
- Raising new customer accounts
- Raising returns for the warehouse to receive orders back into the system
- Arrange collections where necessary
- Dealing with general warehouse queries
- Supporting product launches where necessary & sharing relevant information to retailers
You'll have:
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI and SAP is a plus (training provided).
- A keen eye for detail, especially when processing orders and managing shipments.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
