This is a hands-on, systems-focused role built for a developer who thinks in systems, thrives on complexity, and finds real satisfaction in making platforms work seamlessly together.

Building and maintaining integrations with:
ERP systems (orders, fulfillment, inventory, financials)
Akeneo PIM (product data, attributes, taxonomy)
CMS platforms
Search and merchandising tools
Loyalty, CRM, and marketing platforms
Supporting operational automation and notifications (e.g., Microsoft Teams alerts/approvals) tied to integration workflows
Monitoring integration health, data quality, and system reliability
Troubleshooting and resolving data sync issues, delays, and failures
Partnering with eCommerce, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to support business workflows
Documenting integration logic, data mappings, and operational runbooks to support supportability and knowledge sharing
Improving scalability, observability, and error handling across all integrations
Supporting new system implementations and platform migrations
You'll have:
5+ years of experience in systems or integration development
Proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, C#, or similar)
3+ years working with eCommerce platforms (Shopify strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience integrating ERP systems with eCommerce platforms (Microsoft Dynamics/D365 experience strongly preferred)
Experience managing and integrating PIM systems (Akeneo preferred)
Strong understanding of APIs (REST/GraphQL), webhooks, and data synchronization patterns
Experience building custom integration services; familiarity with iPaaS / middleware platforms a plus
Solid grasp of order lifecycle, inventory management, and product data models
Hands-on experience writing data transformation logic, mapping schemas, and handling JSON payloads between systems
Comfortable working
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central integration or iPaaS solutions
Search & merchandising integrations (Constructor preferred)
Loyalty and CRM integrations
Experience in high-growth or omnichannel DTC brands
Experience supporting international or multi-warehouse operations
