The Account Manager role is an important position within the UK Sales team, responsible for supporting and managing a portfolio of national accounts. Working closely with your Senior Account Manager, you will help drive growth across our core categories, by building strong relationships, supporting commercial planning, and ensuring the Jellycat brand looks exceptional at retail.
You will support execution of gotomarket plans, contribute to budgeting discussions, and help identify opportunities within your accounts. This position is pivotal in delivering daytoday excellence, retail execution and partner satisfaction, all while developing your commercial toolkit and building towards future seniority within the team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their commercial career who is ambitious, detailoriented, and passionate about growing within a highperforming and joyful team.
You'll be;
Managing and nurturing a portfolio of account/s, building strong and positive working relationships.
Serving as a reliable point of contact for buyers, merchandisers and store teams, ensuring smooth, consistent communication.
Supporting the Senior Account Manager with quarterly and annual planning for each account.
Maintaining a strong presence in stores, visiting accounts regularly to understand activity, ensure brand guidelines are followed, and identify improvements.
Ensuring Jellycat’s joyful, positioning is reflected at retail in displays, product choices, and consumer experience.
Participating in building fullyear financial plans with your Senior Account Manager.
Supporting forecasting and demand planning for your accounts, helping ensure stock availability and accuracy.
Identifing areas where categories or ranges can grow, bringing observations and ideas to your line manager. Understanding the data.
Confidently supporting and delivering seasonal presentations, ensuring preparation is thoughtful, customerspecific and aligned to Jellycat brand storytelling.
Presenting internal ideas for instore activation opportunities (SIS, popups, windows) in collaboration with your line manager.
Ensuring training is conducted regulartly to in store teams.
Managing order entry through SAP/ERP systems and ensure accurate endtoend handling of orders, backorders and updates.
Working closely with Credit Control to help ensure accounts stay within agreed risk parameters, supporting payment plan implementation if needed.
Producing accurate sales and stock reporting as requested - data precision is essential.
Liaising with Customer Service, Operations and Marketing to support excellent account delivery.
Ensuring operational issues are resolved quickly and constructively, escalating to your Senior Account Manager as required.
Supporting UK Sales leadership with ad hoc requests and projects when needed.
Conducting market visits as required, representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
You'll have;
Experience in wholesale sales, account management or similar commercial role (premium/luxury environment preferred).
Experience working with buyers or retail partners is beneficial.
Understanding of retail operations and merchandising fundamentals.
Strong communication skills - clear, confident and professional.
Solid Excel capability and ability to interpret commercial numbers.
Competent PowerPoint skills with the ability to build retailerready presentations.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities.

A team player attitude who is approachable, positive and eager to learn.
Proactive and solutionsoriented, with a willingness to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
