We are looking for a highly capable professional to act as the "Strategic Engine" of our sales team. This role requires a combination of industry insight and analytical skills. You will be responsible for turning data into business intelligence, managing stock allocation with precision, and ensuring our commercial plans are both forward-looking and accurately executed.
You'll be;
Sales Planning & Strategic Forecasting
• Optimize the Planning Process: Establish and refine best practices for customer- and segment-based sales planning to ensure an agile and robust planning cycle.
• Drive Collaborative Forecasts: Partner with Wholesale stakeholders to lead weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting, aligning customer targets with overall product strategy.
• Monitor & Analyze Performance: Track sales performance (units & value) against plan across all products and accounts, providing proactive insights to adjust outlook.
Commercial Insights & Business Intelligence
• Generate Actionable Insights: Analyze channel and customer performance to explain not only what happened but also why, providing clear guidance for next steps.
• Identify Business Opportunities: Proactively discover new opportunities based on product potential and current business dynamics and translate them into actionable plans.
• Reporting Contribution: Co-lead the preparation of key business reports (e.g., monthly/quarterly) for headquarters, ensuring insights are accurately communicated.
Stock Governance & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Execute Precision Allocation: Assess inventory availability and planned intake to set priorities and implement the allocation matrix with accuracy to optimize product placement.
• Manage Supply-Demand Trade-offs: Serve as the key contact for stock constraints, balance competing demands, and escalate critical exceptions to leadership.
• Coordinate Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with China Wholesale, Supply & Operations (SOP), and Finance teams.
You'll have;
• Minimum 3 years in sales/demand planning or commercial analysis, with solid wholesale business understanding.
• Analytical & Execution Excellence: Ability to transform data into actionable insights with high accuracy and a detail-driven, diligent approach to planning and stock management.
• Communication & Tools: Strong stakeholder engagement skills and advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and BI/SAP systems.
