We are hiring two Team Assistants, who will provide confidential administrative support to the Leadership Team. Ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between four key stakeholders with additional support to other members of the team where required. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to support the wider business.
You'll be;
Managing dynamic schedules and coordinate meetings across teams.
Processing expenses on SAP Concur.
Supporting with recruitment activity, including interviews, onboarding and induction schedules.
Assisting EAs as needed, including preparation for board meetings.
Building strong relationships across teams and external contacts.
Preparing meeting materials, presentations, and documentation.
Supporting prioritisation of leadership workloads with discretion.
Arranging travel, including itineraries, visas, and logistics.
Collaborating with global teams to support leadership operations.
You'll have;

Experience in a similar fast-paced environment (luxury, creative, or commercial sectors preferred).
Experience in Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to anticipate needs.
