We’re looking for a Creative Admin Assistant to join our Creative Marketing team in London. Reporting to the Creative Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation, management and distribution of creative assets across global campaigns, photoshoots and brand projects. Working closely with Content, Creative and Marketing teams, you’ll help ensure our creative operations run smoothly and our asset library remains accurate, accessible and efficient
You'll be;
Managing the day-to-day administration of our digital asset management system, ensuring assets are accurately organised, tagged and maintained.
Uploading, organising and maintaining creative assets with clear version control and consistent filing structures.
Supporting the distribution of approved creative assets to teams and partners across multiple channels and markets.
Tracking asset status across active projects and highlighting any missing, outdated or unapproved files.
Coordinating sample movements and returns to support creative projects and photoshoots.
Managing the Creative team inbox and ensuring enquiries are directed to the appropriate team members.
Organising meetings, scheduling sessions and supporting photoshoot logistics when required.
Providing administrative support across global creative and content projects, including note-taking and action tracking.
Assisting with supplier and freelancer onboarding administration where required.
Collaborating with Creative, Marketing, eCommerce, Sales and external partners to support effective asset delivery
You'll have;
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience using a digital asset management system, including uploading files, tagging metadata and maintaining organised libraries.
An understanding of creative or marketing workflows and the journey from project brief through to asset delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable style.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and keeping stakeholders informed.
Experience with Aprimo or another digital asset management platform would be advantageous.
Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana or similar platforms would be beneficial.
Previous experience within a creative, marketing, brand, retail or consumer goods environment would be an advantage.
An interest in creative production, content creation, photography or campaign delivery.
