Junior Account Manager

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our expanding team in Europe. This person will help support the development of existing key accounts and identify new growth opportunities in currently untapped areas (“white space”). The role reports to the Country Manager and Key Account Manager.
The primary objective is to support the day-to-day communication and administrative tasks required to grow the brand across Europe.
Our ambition is to become the leading soft toy brand for all ages, worldwide. You will work closely with the Key Account Managers to support Jellycat’s expansion.

This role will be based in Berlin.
You'll be;
- Fostering strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, ensuring needs are understood and addressed promptly.
- Supporting customer onboarding and ongoing engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with their brand goals.
- Assisting in developing strategic account plans that support client growth within the lifestyle market (mother & baby, fashion, interior, hospitality, etc.).
- Coordinating and helping execute marketing campaigns, brand activations, and seasonal initiatives tailored to client objectives.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategy.
- Translating client feedback into clear action items for internal stakeholders, supporting strategic alignment.
- Conducting regular research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviours in the lifestyle space.
- Sharing insights with senior account managers / key account managers and contribute to proposal development and client presentations.
- Maintaining accurate client records, proposals, and sales materials.
- Supporting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
You'll have;
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in German and English.
- The ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships internally and externally.
- A positive, approachable, and proactive personality.
- The ability to remain focused on commercial performance while respecting operational constraints and brand guidelines.
- Strong alignment with the tone and communication style of the Jellycat brand.
- The ability to think outside the box and problem-solve.
- The capability to build strong relationships with key retailers.
- The ability to hit the ground running and inspire confidence both internally and externally.
- High-energy, and results-oriented, leading by example in a hands-on manner.
- A collaborative, adaptable approach and be skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
